Who we are
The thought of creating this pan African non-governmental organization started many months ago with the desire to support the African project and her project in international space.
Afrocuden exists to showcase African cultures through different digital platforms to the whole world and it will be an all-encompassing project. Afrocuden exists because of the needs to promote the African culture and we are not leaving out any society.
Our aim is to project the image and culture of Africa to the outside world using modern technologies.
Prospect
The prospects of afro-cultural development network (Afrocuden) is to achieve the following- To teach the young generation the African culture
- 2. T promote African culture using modern technology.
- 3. T reconstruct the misconception about African and Africans
- 4. Honor pan Africans with awards and place them in a hall of fame so as to encourage others to show great love for African continent and her culture.
- 5. To train youths on the use of technology to promote culture
- 6. To organize cultural contests and project them via various digital platforms.
- 7. To organize programmes that support African cultures.
We are tech-inclined
We use of modern technologies and Social media are part of the tools we use to carryout our mandate as an organization.
The Team
The team members of Afrocuden comprises of the founder who is the team lead, the secretary, the treasurer and two other trustees. These five individuals are going to be overseeing the affairs of the NGO while other staff will be volunteers and maybe compensated when necessary.
